100% of the education leaders said that we contributed positively to their schools and to the professional growth of their teaching staff. 83% of the leaders stated that our professional development workshops and coaching improved their students’ overall outcomes.

Education Leaders


100% of the education leaders said that they were (very) satisfied with the professional development workshops we gave their co-teachers, paraprofessionals, general and special educators.

96% of the education leaders said that they see their ICT (integrated co-teaching) teachers using more station, parallel, and alternative teaching.

86% said that we helped improve their school’s co-teaching practices.

96% of paraprofessionals said they are (very) satisfied with our professional development workshops, our coaching, and they stated that we made a positive contribution to their professional growth.

91% said that our professional development workshops and/or coaching helped improve student engagement.

100% of the paraprofessionals knew what was expected of them from their students' individualized education programs (IEPs) after our professional development workshops and/or coaching.

97% of the self-contained special and general education teachers said that they were (very) satisfied with our professional development workshops and coaching.

Self-Contained General and Special Educators

87% of the teachers also stated that we improved their teaching delivery. 84% responded that we enhanced their classroom management, student engagement and saw student improvements in the subject areas they taught.

100% of the education leaders said that their self-contained special education teachers were able to better manage and organize multiple grade leveled bridge classes after our coaching and professional development workshops.
